No, it is a long term thing that I have had since before surgery on it years ago (9 yrs to be precise)
It hasn`t happened to me for a good 8 months or so, then all of a sudden hit me two days ago, then I pulled up again this arvo during a Tennis Slog Match with Moto & could hardly walk to the Clubhouse for a beer :blink: I did make it there though :laugh: and the beer was goodI had a quick dirt ride this morning on the test tracks behind my place for half hour & it was fine!!! But now I am sitting here wondering where to go next :blink: :unsure:
I wad told after the surgery, that a knee replacement could be on the cards in 10 yrs or so if I didn`t stop cycling & surfing (which I did stop) but since took up Tennis & the KLX :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:
And stuff me if it aint bordering on the 10 yrs now :blink: :blink: :blink: :blink: :blink: :S

I`ve been busy spending $$$ on the car repairs & prepping the “EAGLE” camper for upcoming Nundle camp trip at Easter,,,Then squeazing in some sleep to catchup on what I missed during the week
