Good on ya Nick,
Great to have you guys onboard!!!Cheers
I`d be sticking to the Main Forest Road thru there anyway KD, so it will be an easy run
Need to find my way around up there anyway, last time I was following GavB on the 450 Kato & not watching the trails just hanging on   :laugh:But seriously, I am easy with the road back too
Michelle & kids might be joining me for lunch, so maybe Dan could do that too :cheer:I was thinking of maybe comin back thru Flat Rock Lookout & the Wattos, but road there & back is ok too.
Keep me postedOk, I will give it to the missus
She says she might drive up with the kids & meet for lunch too, the Burgers there are AWSOMEBoony wrote:

The set up is not that hard, you just have to understand how the clutch works and what you want it to do for you.AB – I think the stalling down hill is a jetting/idle issue for me anyway. But most of the two stroke guys I’ve riding with ‘blip’ the throttle down hils. I was doing this while holding the clutch in, on the front brake and trying to steer as well. Now it seems easier as I still ‘blip’ when the engine sounds like it’s dieing off, but this ensures the rekluse is engaged as well. I have seen guys on other forums using the left hand rear brake. Not that keen on it myself as I like the option of still using the manual clutch. I’ll be up for a Murphsberg ride in early Feb so hopehully you can come along and have a squirt on it.
I rode the same tracks on Sunday as Saturday and the rekluse feels better again. Now I can ‘feel’ when it engages and can use the throttle to slip it when needed, like on a technical hill I can make small throttle adjustments to control traction and when I’m comfortable I can just open the throttle and hang on. :woohoo:
your a cheat Mal :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
No Cheat,, just smart I reckon :woohoo:

Quote:No good. Not only do you expose yourself to litigation but what do you do when the pricks bait it? Insurance is the only way to create some peace of mind and beyond that just be careful. Was only speaking what I would like to do to them is all AB
But, if they don`t escape your shed they can`t sue can they
Food for thought
what theif ????,, what Dog ???? Oh, That blood, I cut myself shaving
Yes TB is very particular about his goggles (anal even)
But look at the use he gets out of them,,,, well worth the effort for longevity of lenses & not to mention the vision quality & EYE SAFETY
What about getting the BIGGEST MADASSED DOG You can get & chaining him to the bike on ATTACK MODE
Rip the legs & arms off the scum where they standExcellent report/review there mate
Pics are awsome & explain a lot about the Rekluse,,, I saw you guys riding the Berg at Louee & am kicking myself now that I didn`t have a goBut I knew I would want one ASAP & that wasn`t gonna happen
Keep us informed on the long term performance etc, there have been some reportd that they can be a bit tricky on setup & adjustment etc (Ollie I think had some probs)
Cheers anyway
 I did it too TB, as most of us did on the Gorillas Ride
We got caught out & were underprepared I suppose. I for one have now included a light pair of safety specs in my bumbag for such an occasionI used to run the amber ones accasionally at the MTB races years ago & they were great in the wet, dark conditions
Flaming Scumbags
I heard about the one on Dec 22 from a guy at work(where i USED TO WORK)
Just goes to show, you might think your bikes & gear are safe, but these dirtbags will go to any lengths to seek them out!!!
I often wonder about guys that parade round with their big trailers & stickers all over their cars etc,,, Must be a kind of adertising for the theives to come on in & grab some stuff I reckon
Keep your gear out of sight, don`t leave bikes out on show or even gear on the line.
Invest in some sort of alarm system if you can, it might help,,, Maybe :huh:micknmeld wrote:

 Sounds just like our recent “Gorillas In the Mist Ride” it was the same, steamy, muddy, wet, sloppy but FUN FUN FUN :woohoo:

Quote:That’s a shame, I would have liked to see the Sherco take a win. Still a top effort though and it shows that a 450 can be competitiveAll is not lost just yet, He is still in 2nd outright some 10mins back from Despres.
I can`t see him or anybody else catching Despres now, barring mechanical failure of the KTM :laugh:The 450`s are still right up there mate, great machines
Wonder when or if Grabbo & Wonka might try this event ?????????????
