    I had heatstroke once & it is BAD NEWS, it would have ben a big concern today for sure,,,

    Did Moto finish the IRONMAN??

    Hope all went well, the weather forecast didn`t look to be quite as hot up there as first thought, It is nudgin` 40 here in Newy at the moment :blink:
