That trials tyre certainly did the job on those climbs, reclon it might suit my slow style at the moment:P but, I do too much on the blacktop to warrant swapping from the Stoneking!!!

Back on thread,
On the mighty OBT Super Commuter KLX250:laugh: I am running a MITAS “Stoneking” rear & Michy AC10 front
Both suit the miles I currently do on the blacktop, (200km a week) as well as suit the casual cruisy style off road run occasionally.
The Stoneking has in excess of 2,700ks on it (as TB has seen it is wearing well!!!)
The AC10 has about 1500ks & looks about 90% at the moment.

We did have a ball, hopefully many more to come up this way.
Most of the weekend crew attended last Xmas Party, with the exception of the new guys on the day & I reckon you would have to LOCK louee up to keep us away from this years do:P

Yes,
I used on yeaterday on the Newy Ride, mine is a double action pump with the insert for a Co2 canister. There are different sizes of canister available, mine is the smaller one, 16gram without a thread, SAME AS SODA STREAM (I think??), others have threads & larger diameter,,,,,
Worked pretty well for me, only did the tyre once and was empty though,,,,,,

Great Stuff Mick,
We actually saw two young blokes on TTR 110`s out with their dads today. We commented on exactly the point you raise, AT LEAST THEY KNEW WHERE THEY WERE TOO !! Learning some respect for the trails as well (I hope) & not just terrorising some neighbourhood park;)

We commented that it should be legal maybe to do this with kids not old enough to hold licenses,,, As long as they are with responsible parents & NOT on or Near public roads!!

Food for thought hey ????????

Hey Dan & Kylie D,
I believe we are maybe using your trailer on this ride to tow behing the Cruiser ??? If so just checking the cable connection, 7pin flat? If not I have one or two different adaptors.
Also, if using your trailer, do ya want to travrl down with me to the start, I`m heading from Minmi down anyway so Teralba is sort of on the way !!! Will save you guys driving back home in the evening too
