I hear ya Rocket,,,
That`s why I am not still in my Trade either,,, noone wants to pay in the small businesses.
So we all chase the big (usually government) contracts where the money is, BUT the timespan is usually limited :pinch:
We have around 300 guys doing exactly that at the moment, and I have worked with close to 150 of them all before on multiple projects !!!

I have been extremely lucky so far, but will be chasing something new early again next year :pinch:
