I have it all going Lefty
Been to work this morning till 7, came home & loaded them all up, been down in the mancave washing the 690 and checking periodically.
Just washed the dog and am now back to watch the goings onTime for a coffee and a rest
I will be relieved when it`s all over Sunday night,, at least I only have to watch till Ace & Strucky hit the Central CoastHi Dave,
I have a slight feeling that Cr0w3 may be from down that way ????
Not positive, and I have been way off the mark before  but maybe you could send him a pmDon`t know of any others from down in you area, sorry…
Good Luck with it
razzle wrote:Wolfie, that’s shit news to hear, but it really sounds like you’re going to be one of those “cases” where you defy the doc’s!I don’t know if you’re a believer of natural therapies, vitamin therapies etc (I am); but at the least get yourself a good muti-vitamin, some joint restore formula with Glucosamine + Chondroitin + MSM, and some soluble Calcium with Vitamin D3. Take them religiously whilst thinking positive and taking it easy.
I reckon you’re going to be OK

Yeah Raz !!!
I take the same tablets daily, have done for a while (ten yrs on & off since first knee operation) & they make a difference.
I really notice it(discomfort that is) a few weeks after I stop taking them, so I just stay on them nowI`d give them a go Wolfie,, just make sure you get the 1500mg ones
Hey Wolfie,,, How`s it going mate ???
I have had similar dramas for the past 3 years with my ankle/foot and it will never be much chop either!!!
It sounds like broken glass every morning for the first 6 to 8 steps then comes good, the missus puts the pillow over her head if she`s awake `cause she hates the noise it makes  :laugh:I recently snapped a third of the knuckle of the foot end of my little toe on the same foot (non bike related)
and that is looking like not being much better
Anyway, my point is that I can still get out there and have a ride, I`m sure you will be able to as well mate when you strenghen it up a bit. Just adjust your riding style to what suits mate,,,
Time on a bike is always good ,no matter where or what you get up to I reckon
Cheers
Pretty good progress so far from both teams,,,
Probably the biggest k`s for the whole trip on both accounts, (easier riding though) :laugh:They will all be back at the farm in Trangie this evening for a few hard earned coldies no doubt
But then Ace & Strucky still have another long day home from there :whistle:Not sure of Strucky`s plan, but if you need a place to crash Sunday night mate to break up the k`s, you know your more than welcome here
I have a late start Monday anyway, so I won`t be up at 4.30am , more like 7
Keep it safe on the home run hey ???
Will talk when you guys are back
Cheers

All at Broken Hill, just arrived, all safe .
Good run guysWell,
TB is about to cross back into NSW enroute to Broken Hill.
Crash`s spot still shows him at Yunta (reckon he turned it off `cause they were gonna stop there) before they decided to make a run for BH.
Ace`s Spot hasn`t bleeped since 7.13 not that far out of Yunta.I have called and messaged them to check, but presume they are all good.
