Looks the goods mate! If I got a 2 banger, it would be a 250, sweet ride in my experience!

Yep, just depends on band, work and kids – don’t forget the Central West Trailbike Rally on the long weekend as well!
Lucky I have all this spare time eh!?!

Obviously you didn’t follow my breakneck pace this time, and I see a couple of detours there – I was working at the Little River crossing this morning actually! Thanks for sharing!
Interesting side note on this bike: turns out the owner is in a wheelchair, car accident victim. According to his father, it was a miracle that this bike didn’t put him in a wheelchair first! It seems this thing was deadly!
Congrats mate, looks great! Where do Beta source their engines? Are they still a KTM power plant? A mate had one and loved it, actually, haven’t spoken to him for a while, odds are he still loves it!

I agree!
Two words: spokey-dokes!!
I’d struggle to get used to that whining sound! I get enough of that in my life without a bike making it as well!
G’day mate, welcome to OBT! Here’s your complimentary and delicious (picture of a) fruit basket!
:silly: :woohoo: 👿
My personal preference is the far south coast. Great riding and a nice cool climate. Not at all close to Iluka though… on the plus side, it would not surprise me if you could keep your career at a place like Eden. It is a long coastline, lots of choice. My second choice would be mid-north, as per Mick’s post.
Good-o, I have been given the green light from Mrs Ecks so we are set!
April 23, 2014 at 11:22 am in reply to: Anyone up for an Exploration Ride around Wellington? #256096Not a bad run out htere mate, but a fair stretch of bitumen at both ends. What I have in mind is very DR friendly, nice roads through the hills and looping out through some more open country. I will confirm tomorrow but 10am sounds good. Meet at KFC, I ride a DRZ250. you should have no problem keeping up.
