That is one crappy map TB. What is the nearest intesection so i can put it in the GPS?
See ya on Friday. What is the go with food? Will we be able to buy near by or do we need to be self sufficient for 3 days? Do you know the excact location were we have to meet? Will we be based in the same area for three days? I will be going in my ute so will have a few spare seats if anyone wants to come down with me. Sorry about all the questions old mate, just trying to get organised.
Sorry about about my crude way of adding pics but it was the only way i could get it to work. If anyone has any advice on adding pics please feel free to share it.
Some Pics. It was today Mick, just got back.
Anyone wanting a quote on Insurance give me a call on 02 6584 2666 and I will give you a quote, or PM me with your D.O.B. Postcode and details of your bike. Another good product I sell is Rider Protection cover it costs $265 per year and will pay you out $2,000 if you have a 12hr stay is hospital or $10,000 if you die.
Worzle Gummage, now that is a flash back i didn,t expect, that was a cool show. My advise on the KTM, by a KX65. I know a bloke who will look after you. LOL.
Do you know what gearing they had it set up with. From memory they have 15 standard and come with an optional 13-14 in the tool kit. Yes every off-roader should have some sort of hand gaurd. Yes the rear brake pedal position is awkward. I couldn,t but help feel the radiator was very suseptable to getting cloged, it was very muddy when i rode it and after a 25 km loop there was really only a 30mm gap on each side that was getting airflow, thermo fans where not kicking in though, so it must of been keeping its cool.We had the sidestand snap off and the subframe kept coming loose as did the bolts/screws holding the black extender to the rear mudguard. I was not impressed with the engine and thought my 250x and the KLX450 we had there as well both had better feeling engines. Handling and size of the bike was awsome giving you the feeling that you could do anything you wanted on it. One of the bikes we had was fitted with an Akropovic Muffler which made a nicer note but really only gave it a little bit more top end. All in all i thought it was a good bike, will be interesting to see how they go and how they are accepted by the punters (us). I really thought the bike was not at all bizzare to ride as i had read in some mags, I quickly felt at home and comfortable, it did what it was supposed to do.
I can actually sympathise with Rider X’s missus as I know what it is like to try and get him to do a job, and I am even going to pay him.:woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
Good night. This has been better than seeing my shrink:woohoo: :side: :S
Further North than you, so do not worry. Legally I must be careful what I say, will fill you in at the X-mas party, no pun intended.
Wikdbeemer. BMW is a fabulous brand I honestly could say nothing bad about them, excellent people, excellent bikes. I just have issues with our local dealer which is a long story that you dont want to hear. I really loved the G450X and was about to buy one, but as they say the most important thing to consider when buying a bike is the local service you get and I am quite sure I would get 0 service with our local guy:woohoo: . You have bought a great bike, dont let my ramblings put you off, as I said I am just an emotional bastard (I am trying to get over it).

Cant wait…!!!You F$&%$$% trader. You even think about dealing with those mongrels and I will never speak to you again. If you want a beemer let me know and i will get you in contact with a decent dealer. If you ride it make sure you crash it and destroy everything on it (not that I am bitter or anything)
And Fossil says welcome as well lol :woohoo:
Sorry Wikdbeemer, I do say welcome I am just a bit emotional at the moment. I cerainly hope you do not have half the trouble we hade with the BMW when I went to the release. Nice bike to ride but I expect there to be few teething probs in the first year. Don,t worry though BMW service is second to none (through the right dealer)and i am sure they will sort any probs that arise.
