Another CRF rider. Good stuff, dont see many of them around here.
What does Shell ride?
Forkin Suxs doesn’t it. sorry.
$100 for seals OH MY GOD. Thats rude. Does that include dust seals and a head job.
Great to see you are keen Mick, I had this feeling you were going to pike it. Look forward to meeting you Shell, I am sure you will enjoy the trails. I have been trying to gee Tripper up,fingers crossed.
Come on people get motivated. Lets go riden!!!!
I have just realised i have posted all my address details for the world to see. Probably should of PM those sort of details. Hope no dodgey buggers are watching this.
Coming from Kempsey is Upper Smith’s Creek road on the right hand side of the highway and after the Smith Creek Rd motel turn off??[/quote]
Yep sure is. Wharf road is on the left and almost forms a X intersection. Just after the RTA inspection station.
Have only breifly read through this thread so excuse me for jumping in. When i had my DRZ I had the suspension done by racetech and they fitted a 3mm spacer in the rear shock that stoped that arse down feeling the DRZ is renowned for, the mod was the best thing I ever did to that bike. I am sure Nick from Tecknic could do the same thing. Anyways thats my 20 cents worth, enjoy your DRZ they are bloody great bikes, and as a Honda fan i hate to say it but I think it is the best alround dirt bike on the market (great at nothing, good at everything)thats the enduro model. The street model is a bit gay (not that there is anything wrong with being gay).
Maybe we should stick to the smaller loop approx 90km as the bigger loop could involve some serious track clearing and once we commit to it there is not many options in regards to alternate routes (recent rains and winds have brought down alot of trees. I do not want to fry everyone if they have commitments on Sunday including me , I have to work Sunday.
Doesn’t all this male bonding just make you all warm and fuzzy. Welcome aboard Irish.

What is the name of your road again, Upper Smiths Creek Rd?8.30 is good for me. 147 Upper Smiths Creek Rd (12km past the Telepoint Bridge). It is NOT Smiths Creek Rd (that is the one near the Kundabung Motel). Those that do not know rural numbering 147 means it is 1470 meters down Upper Smiths Creek Rd. Takes 30 min from Port, 35 min from Wauchope and about 20 min from Kempsey. An early start is good in case we have any probs.
Trails are fairly easy going wide single track, twin and a little bit of main trail (but as little as possible). There is nothing really technical. Expect creek crossings logs, rocks, logs, rocks, logs. If you have a collapsible saw bring it, there might be logs!! I have a little bit of fuel stashed out there but only enough for two or three bikes. If you come and dont enjoy the trails I will give your money back and give you a free mebership to Old Bulls

Yeah! It has got me stuffed,I feel sorry for the poor bastard as there is no solution to the prob. There is no room to move anything to create a bigger tolerance, and like TB said it will be heating his cooling system also. Shortening the hose will make the hose crimp. I feel it is an issue with his machine because like I said if they were all like this we certainly would of heard about it. His sits much closser to the header than the one in the PIC from Suttos.
I AM PUTTING OUT A CALL TO ANYONE IN THE HASTINGS AREA WITH AN 08 450 EXC TO PM ME AS I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A LOOK AT ANOTHER BIKE TO SEE WHAT IS DIFFERENT.
