    Hi Boys,
A thanks to Adam for another sterling ride. It was as posted a 89km grade 3 ride .
The ride was geared around a few of the boys have little or no time on the dirt bikes for up to eighteen months.
All the boys were keen and turned up early, even me.
The rain didn’t do it job as the trail were generally dusty were the sun could get to them.

the group still rode pretty tight so other than Adam up the front, we all eat dust. :pinch: :pinch:
The corner man system worked a charm bar one minor error.

The ride saw alot of rest stops with a few for repairs, two for me a radiator hose which i had adjusted to reduce a kink ( bent radiator) the hose clamp needed to move and was not tight enough as well as a flat rear. The tubliss system made the stop short.
There were few dramas so not much to do at the rear of the pack except keep eating dust.

When we stopped by the a serials of rock steps i decided to get rid of some pent up energy by tracking up and down different lines. Well most of it was good but I did manage to drop it heading down hence the photo of the bike upside down. i was thrown a bit further . all good.

Lunch at the pines was welcomed with the boys split between seat at tables, laying down to snoozing.
Jeffro’s bike seems to be giving grief alot. I could hear muffled curses there now and again.

Heading back to the car Adams radiator hose (unlucky) saw a mark shift repair required to allow all the radiator hoses on the water pump side be adjusted to remove the damaged section. there were millimetres in it but enough to get the job done.

The return to the car park saw a few beverage consumed and a quick escape by some due to commands by she who must be obeyed.

All up another good day in bush.

    Cheers Gordon

Thanks Ian And Murph for coming along on Sat. B) The weather started out humid and warm due to a heavy mist. After that as the temp rose the humidity dropped … abit. :pinch: ideal to weight and energy loss.
A thanks as always to Adam the resident tour guide.

We headed south from Dooralong headed going up the steel ramp ( the hackers have made a mess there and chewed out the dirt and stone between the boulders.)
After a good ride out and 2 1/2 litres of water we reached the pines.

Some had something to eat and others forgot to bring and food…. must be old age.

Adam said he felt good at the break… but Ian was cramping in the hip and thighs, Murph was OK, and I was drowning is a sea of sweat. This was not helped by the fact the electric starter failed to engage from the car park…and the bike didn’t want to start warm..  But the boys did offer and indeed assist in kicking my stead into life :woohoo:
A rest in shade at the Pines and then back to the bike heading for home.
A good ride back in minor issues had by all, the heat had done its work.

Left at 8am returned to dooralong at 1.30-2pm All good on Sunday ..

Note: Its a starter motor issue :pinch: not a battery issue of course. F##K
    Rarely the cheap option.

Thanks again boys its more fun with a few more blokes and as Adam said we will be having the next ride over Easter in the Watties (unless something better comes along) and it will be listed on old bulls,

    Cheers G Mac
