Can I try for this one TB?
Better put me down for this one TB . Thanks.
Ive had a ball watching them all day for the last week and hearing the banter. I feel like we have all been there with them.
But a bit dryer..I think this link thing isnt working properly. It just shows them going round in circles for the last couple of days and now they seem to be going backward.
OOooo… That bridge
Yes we stayed at Jaspers Peak Retreat. It was $70 ea for 2 to a room with dinner & breakfast & Yoga people with guitar & bongo drums for entertainment. I dont think they minded us interupting them from their Yoga meditation setion, 9 Bikes rolling in all excited.
The lady in the pic was at the shop at Ellenborough falls and had the best home made pies. I would have taken a pic of the blackberry pie but it was devoured in no time the we started on the caramel pie and finished that for her as well.
Did you hear about the farmer who has now become famous for growing a large plantation of Dildo’s,
Now he has heaps trouble with squatters ……
That should be the next OBT competition.
Who has the bigest Rack
G’Day Justo, Happy 40th,http://www.obtrailriders.com/components/com_kunena/template/default/images/english/emoticons/laughing.png Hope you get out for a Birthday ride.
Wahoooo. Top ride you dirty old bulls.
yes my speedo said just over 500Ks. We covered some trails Yengo Putty, Commission, Appletree Flat, The Martindale track is one not to miss. It gets pretty steep in places and the meander along next to the creek which would never see the sun in places was awesome and I could I would ride on that stuff all day.
Saw heaps of wild life. Plenty of roos, bunnys, 1 Kat, 4 Wombats – one seemed to be sunning his belly on the side of the road though, but the others seemed to be just as surprised to see us as we were of them. The ride back in the dark was exciting and those heated grips are lifesavers.
There was a bourbon in there for you Mark and Kat stayed on the Rum, lunch was good but the coffee was the worst Id had all day.
Here is some pics.
This crew met at Morisset at 7 bells and did the scenic route through the Watagans. Jethro met us at Laguna.
The water was a bit on the brisk side.
Thanks Lotsa.Well run.
Where are we off to next?
Do you think we can do a loop through the Barringtond and back in a day?And if thats not enough fuel Kat there will be plenty of fuel in the KTM for you.
Gav
Count me in . This is going to be a huge day. Ive got the new Bike Tiques & Heated grips sorted.
Looked like a great run, the extra bit to bilpin and the Patersons Ridge I would like to hear more about.
Sorry, I gotta miss this one. Ill let Lotsa know. he was keen to get out this week end.
Good stuff,
It looks moist up there in the Watagans. You couldnt have picked a better day.
