As men age, we end up seeing more and more of the Medical establishment, which nowadays, has more and more women in it.
For example, my family doctor recently referred me to a female urologist. I saw her yesterday and she is absolutely gorgeous. She’s beautiful and unbelievably sexy.
She told me that I must stop masturbating. I asked her why, and she said, “Because I’m trying to examine you.”
A few pics from a Phillip Island race meeting that I was asked by the promoter to help out at (well actually he gave me a holiday)
Love the suspension ‘squatting’ on this one as the rider accelerates
They do say you go where you look
Not everyone had a great weekend (although the rider was ok)
And not all bikes were standard.
But people were friendly.
Will sort through other pics and post some more.

Have to relax somehow.
Quote:What camera do you have, is it an SLR? Or just a normal digital camera with a decent lense? The camera is a Fuji Finepix S5600 and it does have heaps of settings etc which help me get some good pictures. Best camera I have owned by a mile.

Thanks for the warm welcome all and trust me, no problems with the old threadjacking as personally I have enjoyed reading it.
Look forward to catching up sometime on the road or at the bar, whatever comes first.

Coming from a road bike background the worst bike I have ever owned was a 1996/1997 (can’t recall exact year) Suzuki GS500.
When I first moved to Wollongong I had a great little ZZR600 that was a magic bike, but deciding to get a commuter instead I decided to swap the ZZR for the GS500 that was athen available in a local dealer. Unfortunately, the big mistake was not test riding the GS first but assuming that it would be the same as a 1989 GS500E that I had previously owned. It was a magic bike and with race compound rubber front and rear shocked a lot of guys on the Old Pacific Highway before it became what it has today.
So, I did the swap and regretted it almost immediately.
The bike seemed to run smooth but fuel economy was pathetic. Then after a few hundred kays it just started stopping suddenly, although would always restart but still not good. Then and without blowing blue smoke nor dripping it started using oil, and I mean a lot of oil (around 1 litre for every 600 kms). It also broke 2 speedo cables, three clutch cables and numerous other odds and sods.
Throughout all the dramas the dealer was good, they tried to sort it out, even went as far as giving me ne tyres free because of the problems I had been experiencing but no matter what they tried, or what others tried it was still a piece of shit.
So, after all the frustration I woke up one morning and decided that enough was enough and took it to a wreckers to offload it. Lost heaps and regret ever getting rid of the 600 for that GS but I sure as heck learnt a lesson.

I like the one above, it looks like his tyre is about to come off!
That was one of the practice days for MotoMayhem in 2007 and the quads sure had fun whilst putting on a show. Most of them saw me there (it is the point where they leave the tar and go onto the dirt) with the camera and decided to put on a nice little show. Was great to watch and no incidents resulted, although one did get closer to flipping than they wanted.
While I enjoy taking pics and try to get some good one, the full credit goes to the camera as all I do is point andshoot (god I love digital cameras), but definite thanks for the compliment.

Before I get to the Road Racing pics let me post a few I took from the Wollongong MCC Championship round held at Mount Kembla. I had never been to a Motocross event or really even watched any but reading it was on I decided to go out for a look and came away mightily impressed by the spectacle. Needless to say I had the camera.
Never having seen Motocross, the little kids amazed me as I would have been crapping myself with some of the jumps they pulled and height they got. Was a lesson thaht I learnt and I will get back when the season starts up again (all permitting).

As an FYI, IMS do a range of different size tanks for various bikes as well.
I got my 18 or thereabouts litre tank from Vince Strang and was lucky to get it prior to the price rise. When checking around though VSM was not the cheapest (was within a few dollars) but offered free delivery and had the tank in stock.
But, I was looking heavily at buying and importing from http://www.justgastanks.com/store/ but then the financial crap happened and the dollar diving meant it was much of a muchness to buy locally.

Quote:Nice pics there mate,,,,,,,, Welcome to OB`s
We have had a couple of Supermoto races at the Cameron Park Kart Raceway, its near my place just west of Newcastle.
It`s been a couple of years since the last though,,,,, It`s awsome action:)Yep, a top little circuit for the Supermoto as well.
I worked flags at the 2007 round in the bowl where the rides came down the hill, off the dirt, back across the track and onto teh dirt into the sharp left. Saw plent of action there as well. Actually the last Quad pic is from the Newcastle round in ’07.
Shame the promoter had issues and was unable to continue in 2008 which ended up with a three round series (Qld, Vic and WA).

Nope but I am an official and also help run a lot of the practice days when they are on weekends (although I take time off work occasionally). Being an official gets me close to teh track and I am lucky enough that I often get my choice of flag point or relative free reign of the track (when not flagging I am generally either a gopher or work the recovery vehicles/pickup).
Being so close I can get some pics from angles that spectators cannot get to, although there are hazards and I have nearly been hit a few times by fallen bikes or riders (when flagging that is).
Will sort through the road race pics later and post a few.

A few more from some MotoMayhem and Supermoto meets held over the last few years.
The quads.
From the MotoMayhem events held through 2007/2008 (and yes, they had scooters on the track)
Scooters
Stunts
FMX
Supermoto
Now in case it isn’t obvious I do like the Supermoto and rate it very highly, but unfortunately it is not that popular in Australia and as such we see little of it.
Will eventually put up some road race pics as well.

Anyway Garry, the ride TB is talking about is from Zig Zag to Hill End on Saturday, overnight at the pub and back on Sunday. It is organised complete with super-sexy support vehicle driven by moto. Cheap and well organised… sign up mate, you’ll have a ball and the mighty DR will be well suited to it (Won’t it TB?)[/quote]I would be tempted to join but alas I have already planned a ride with a few others around Nerriga and the surrounding districts so can’t get out. Another day maybe (well likely).
