Force look like the way to go. I need to get some with the brace back to the frame as my radiator got a hole punched through it from being pushed back into the fuel tap and at 150 bucks are better then 385 for a new radiator

well, it was an adventure, and i was shattered but after the cursing and making it up the hills after it all, gotta say it was pretty awesome. but i heard it isnt going to be so bad in orange with TB organising rides cause he doesnt much like the crazy shit that mat and moto are fiends for. anyway if the radiator isnt fixed, especially when i only have one day left to try and get it sorted, ill be paying the five hundred or so for the original, or running on one again…. lets hope its ready…

Thanks Ollie. Yeah the fuel screw is a bastard i dunno know if you would even get to it without taking off the carby. At that price it might just be easier to buy a few main jets at about 10 bucks each try them out.

yeh it is definitely 148. the stock settings are 45 pilot 145 main and the clip on the needle in the second from top position. In stock form and riding at around 1000m high it was still over heating after about 10 mins of slow first gear riding. i put in the 48 pilot and 148 main as they came in the spares kit, and also moved the clip down a notch. When i get the first major service done in about another 200kms when i get 1000kms up i might buy a JD kit and get it jetted properly. The guy i take it to has a dyno so he should get it pretty much spot on. I ride from sea level upto around 1200m too so pretty much everything our flat country has to offer. So i take it that no one else on here has a klx 450r?
