And eaten a can of Fully Loaded

Cheers

Magnesium is great Nick, it works great for me, but you need to be onto it now as it takes a while to get into system. I take one every day – it also help sleep if you suffer from insomnia

Hi Nick
Enjoy it-most important
Start with 1 lap each so you both get to see the track. I doubt there will be a sighting lap. the lap isn’t long and has a complete mix of riding. You will love the paddock part, especially if it has been wet, power slide to the moon.
Don’t forget it is 12 hours and a fast lap amongst 10 wont get you any prizes, except bragging rights (STM).
This is billed as a fun event of which it will be and you will return for another go.
You wont need tools (oh wait, its a honda), take some valves 😆. You are never more than 2km from the pits and easy access back.
Wish I was going

Glad to hear you enjoyed that Jap Pow. If they had the terrain of BC or France it would be the ultimate. The snow quality is hard to believe until you spend some time in it.
I was going to flush you out before the 12 hour but I heard you were racing Stromlo. Best of luck for it.STM
STM
good to hear from you. Not stromlo but “the Mont” Kowan Forrest – 24 hrs of pedal power. Been in training 4 days a week for the last 28 weeks, not in it to win, just some fun with my two boys, last year my eldest and me shared some mini donuts with ice cream at 3 in the morning after slogging a 20km lap, Great times to cherish. This year both are in so twice the good times are coming my way.(gold)You will love the transmoto it is great.

No fixing the shitbox, nothing goes wrong when you don’t ride it. Will def catch up soon, plan on getting a few rides in soon, but have a couple Mountain bike events to get through this month then I’ll be good to go.

I spent a month in Niseko a few years ago. You don’t have the terrain of Canada or France but the snow quality is renowned as the best on earth. I have to agree it is very good and they get a lot every season. It is definitely worth a trip and surprising good and drink is very cheap compared to most ski resorts.STM
Thanks STM, will def be going, just unsure where to go. Have a couple mates who have said Niseko has become Boganville, not looking to party hard-this is a ski trip and a recon for future. Really like the look of Rusutsu,
