Seeing as I’m keeping my 300 now that may happen sooner rather than later :) I’ll look forward to it, I’ve been known to drink an alcoholic beverage every now and then :P

does that mean you want your bag, camera, tyres etc back

Fill em in as much as you can, cause they would/will return the gesture (hope there’s mud on the way to sofala).
I will have hopefully met a whole bunch of “new friends” to test the theory

Also take the piss whenever the opportunity arises

You especially have to roost them if they are family, when I ride with my brother or cousins everyone roosts everyone.

Bob always apologizes in advance for being a bunch of pricks when we ride with someone we don’t know.

Thats true, he said his apologies before bike were started and we had just met

just coming down for the day, probably start at Callala and work way towards log cabin, then in from there. I checked it out on the way home from Batemans the other week

Just remembered, there is a big mountain bike ride in from callala on sunday, :( prob wise to stay away, maybe 150- 200 bikes, which is a shame cause you could spend all day around callala without crossing highway. You could leave cars at log cabin (plenty do) and just ride from there.

Sorry 4skin, can’t make this one, haven’t got any map/gps plots out there yet. Where are you staying, might be able to start you off in right direction.

Thats why I didn’t write a report about our ride Hatto

plus without pictures its not as interesting

Things like this really shit me big time, If going for a ride invite who you want, you cant invite everyone all the time. Sometimes you just want a couple people to ride with. If so called friends/ fellow riders chuck a hissy fit about not being asked, then not worth have as friends/ fellow ride buddies IMO

Sorry Hatto I dont know what you are talking about, i didnt witness Micks thread go to shit, im just a slack bastard that cant be bothered writing a report

LC – not slack at all
The bottom part of that was about micks thread which had been pulled, Tb and I had posted a little earlier, I just added in here – trying to keep my post count down, unlike Tb :P 😆

Fair enough, although if someone wants to cry about not getting an invite – they better be able to take as good as they give. Anyway you invited me, so you would have to cop it :P 😆 😆
Did any of bobs bike cam work out.
It was good to meet some old bulls, the ride was good, maybe next time your down, we might go and explore those couple singles we came across.

    Important

As far as the fuel side of things go if everybody can buddy up with someone and share a 20 liter Jerry Can that will provide enough fuel for two bikes at the overnight stop and reduce the number of Jerry Cans required to be carried by the support vehicle

    TB[/quote]
I need a buddy for fuel

I’m gunna try to help Tb out a bit here
Post up if you don’t have a buddy and I will try to pair up so no-one get left out.
Will make a paired list and post for everyone to check

If you already have a buddy, tell me who so I can add to list

After being so well looked after when I dropped into Suttos a week or two back I couldn’t help myself and got on the phone to Mal and bought some more stuff.

Earlier in this thread someone asked about whether Suttos do mail order, well the answer is yes and they do it well!!!
I ordered a set of Barkbusters for the XR and a new M2R helmet for my son yesterday (got an awesome price too) and they were delivered and on my desk at 10am this morning. Less than 24hrs after ordering them they were delivered to me over 300km away!!!! ONYA Sutto’s!!

Mal has been doing mail orders for me since my first purchase – always been spot on

    cheers Hatto
