Ok maybe they could just donate to the Old Bull Team Page.

    OBTs Scrapheap Team Page

People may not know that OBT is helping / working the ride we are supplying the sweeps (Boulder and Kram) I am leading, Dejay is 4×4 support vehicle and Mick well we havent given him a task yet  he may help me yet ;)
OBT was asked by Steve from Adventure Moto as he is helping organising the ride. I am pre running the route with him in the 4×4 on the weekend of the 24th and 25th.

Due to less daylight hours at the end of April it looks like the 12 hour is going to become something like a 2 hour prologue on Saturday and a 10 hour race Sunday. Bit of a bummer.

More reason for you to get on the piss with me on sat night then roy

    GDay Hatto,

Will have a chat with the boys and see when, but i reckon about 3 weeks time.

We are all competent Grade 3-4 riders.

    Thanks mate.

could do 17th or 18th, cant do weekend 24th or 25th

    Hatto / Marty450.

Have we locked in a date yet? I need to start training and getting bike fit for the Sth coast loam.

Rocket I did some racing ages ago on less than a shoestring budget with a less than ideal Yamaha. Good fun, but i cant afford it. Cant handle the pace either. Too old now.

Have you got yourself a loop sorted at Orange yet?

    17th, will start new thread

A few of us from Sydney and also Bathurst would like to get down the South Coast for a weekend ride or day ride, and was wondering is there is anyone out there in OBT that knows the area well.

I havent ridden there in 3 years but know there is some prime riding to be had.

    Thanks for your help.

    Cheers Marty 450

    Hi Marty
When would you like to venture to my neck of the woods, weekend(2 days0would be hard at the moment but day rides not an issue.

It is a bummer. In a sadistic sort of a way part of me was looking forward to the physical challenge of 6 hours in the slops. Of course another part of me (the self preservation part) wasn’t.

If this keeps up I’ll be a tyre changing experts. I took off two tyres that were only about 1/3 worn to get ready for the race. Now I’ve got to put them back on. Maxxis IT might be bloody good tyres but they are stiff pricks to get on nd off. And the scab on my knuckles had almost healed too.

    See you in April Hatto.

    That you will

Just recd email, transmoto is off for this weekend, it has been re-scheduled for 21-22nd April  :(

Bummer – now what to do for the weekend

Got to say Hatto with the rain thats been falling and having ridden down there a few times I was waiting for it to be called. I actually checked at 6am this morning but their web site had nothing new. Imagine those creeks at the back of the property, they were a decent creek when we rode the 4 day
Dont let your leave pass expire mate, thats how last weekends ride at Wauchope started at the last minute ;)

    Enjoy

    TB

The problem is that the rain is so wide spread down the coast that we will have trouble riding anywhere. :( One call has already been “pick a pub any Pub as long as it has a telly for V8’s”. My leave pass is never ending, it’s just social calander that get in the way
