LOL..dont talk to me about 4×4’s in that area….i found a tree root in the bottom of a Huge 4×4 wheel rut..it found the underside of my left footpeg, sametime i was lifting the front to get out of said hole…dont quiet remember what went on after that?? funny that. :ohmy: i do remember seeing ALL my oil lubricate the dust…my coolant too..my shattered ego as well…:S haven’t been back either..yet.

Yeah.. I have Husky R&D in my bookmarks, they just dont show much for the 610 though. I reckon I’ll go see me mate at the fab. shop and have him knock some up, as well as a chain/crankcase gaurd..it keeps my $ local that way and he seems happy to do the work..so far

41214330 tell him Nick gave you the Number and you have a te 610 needing an Airbox..reckon you’d get it for around 450. Because its always easier the second time round.I didnt bother with the warranty as i couldnt see any point in having a new airbox with the same issues. That and the fact I killed it by doing my own services.

I’ve been in touch wioth Force, they dont plan to go 610 ..bugga. Only one I’ve found to date making them for the 610 is mob in the USA..they carve their from Billet alloy, lok good…but our $ dont buy much at present…my wife has a big blade too…airbox shook her up a bit i think…lol

Tiny….this thing took 2.5 months to sort out. Cost me near a grand by the end. I had the fab man readjust the shape of the rear of the box, it now ramps up across the whole back, not just a square on the back.( no contact on the frame except bolt up) I cut the oil reburner out of the box and fitted a mini pod to the hose instead..I’ll take it off tomorrow and do some shots and post it for you. Lev’s fabrication in M’boro did the hard work for it. believe it or not, my original is still jammed up as one piece with just the one bolt left. All others spun in the plastics..No more dust in the snorkel now either. I need to drill a water hole in the bottom…one day.( original airbox is pure disaster and sad assed engineering..IMHO)

Thanks fella’s. I cant understand why seats are made so hard.. when I first hit the dirt/corrugations on this thing..I thought my ring was going to prolapse from the flogging it copped. took me about 3-4 months to get it all sorted.( no, not my ring..the susp.set up).Am i the only one who finds a good setting to cover all bases, only to frk around more hoping to get it better…then puttnig it all back how it was…

I bought a B&B for my Husky…Man is it Industrial. I reckon I’m going to shave 100 kg of it via bench drill. I get so much reverb from it, it sounds like my engine is the last off Noah’s wreck! Or a diesel massey ferg.??! Too bad no one is making Rad gaurds for them yet
