Ive been using MX retreads for about 5 years and cant rate them highly enough,in fact I like them so much I became a dealer! They dont tear off knobs, they hang on fine, easy to fit and only cost $75 bucks each, perfect for trailriders and motocrossers alike. B)

Yeah champ your right, I used to replace my tyres every couple of rides and my mates used to fight over them but now with kids etc I run them and find no real difference. It was years and years ago when retreads first came out, so maybe I should try a rear now on the BRP and see how it goes

I used to run Cheng shen in the ISA when in the mining game, use a tyre for 3 rides ansd flick it off to a mate…Wish i was on that kind of money again!!

I’m running an dunlop 052 rear on husky 610, it hooks up well considering I run 12/45 gearing on it. Having said that, so far its’ run app. 750 k and has 2/3rd use left, i ride real quite on black top. Also as i have a Metzeler MC Karoo dual purpose on front i tend to tip toe around as it hangs on like teflon!Ive just spent a fortne to reset my bike for riding after binning on a hill. No more ill runs untill i find a tyre that gives my unit some grip!. Am thinking of dunlop 606?

Yep, thats the place. I’ve been here 15 yrs, never been on the Isl. . I’ve been right around the thing on boats, have no interest it seems n being on it. sorry, Went for job int. there?. Anyway, I digress…. We ride an area here called the Telecom Towers. They’d be on a rocky cropped mini range(400mtr? high), covered in hardwood vegetation. We ride some of the trails on the side of it caused by water run-off. Tight and twisted slow speed tracks.Fire trails grid the area, some old mine roads and then beaches. Rainbow Beach runs us down to Noosa Heads,Being the next run I’m aiming for, the return can be done swapping the sand for bush tracks in hills. This will be a 2 day thing, Rainbow is around 120 ish klm’s from home..

Hi all, Just stumbling about, livin good in Qld, riding a Husky 07 610…well will be once some bits arrive? downside of bining bike on rocky hill. Oh well. Apart from 12/45 on single trail, bike is standard.(derestricted of course) Mod to be done is Barrett pipe, approx 7hp freed.Ride with a couple of mates around the Toogum,Burrum,Torbanlea area of the FRASER COAST. 4 hour rides we cover 140k..ish with 58% single trail work. I have trouble with a lack of effectiveness with Locktite, particularly on the sprocket bolts, This baby give em heaps, no spoke probs to date..all true at nearly 8 mnths? Suspension is a dream, Seat..Phht…plank.Apart from that plans in line for some bags and camp gear…Long rides are a coming..
