Yeh agree with TB, good ask Spud!

The only time you should follow the rider in fronts line is in long grass where you can’t see the sh!t that you don’t want to hit

The rest of the time you should pick your own line in practice for when you are out in front … should that ever happen!!

When I’m leading (I’ve been riding 25 years and I can remember once … I think .. when I was in the leed) and someones hanging off my ar$e close enough for me to hear them I am usually way to tempted to lead them into the uggliest trail trash I can spot just to stop them annoying me…. but thats just me :woohoo:

Blaaards have a bladder similar to a CamelBack bladder in thier catalogue, comes as part of a CamelBack system, one bladder for fuel and one for water.
Methinks I’d not like to mix the two in the same backpack, could be a major F’up on a hungover morning!!
They sell the fuel bladders separately from memory…

    I Wish:

    1. I wish I looked that good in my riding gear..

    2. I wish I could handle the power of a 300cc 2St – once apon a time …

    3. I wish i could wheelie through puddles like that … and stay on the bike!

    4. I wish i was 30 years younger and know what I know now, I’d ride the ar$e of one of those suckers!!!

Yeh local knowledge said that was the case a fortnight ago, went out at Dungog on Sunday .. Epic is a massively overused word by the current generations but geez, it was EPIC !! :S
Carried three bikes up a hill (2 of them heavy ol’ DRZs, the other a 3 month old EXC 500) only to find there was a thunderstorm at the top  dodged the lightning and got hammered by golf ball sized hail… heaps good but !! 👿
Do it again as soon as I had the chance

I think we might have hijacked Galeys thread here but I agree with Ollie TB, though my Rekluse is only on a TE310 it definitely helps hold a higher gear when you need to like those shitty hills Galey appears to love, just gives the edge with respect to flexibility.
Also agree with Bundyroy, when i had a 2ST i found the higher gear helps heaps and all the KTMs and Huskys will carry one cause they have the right flywheel inertia to hold lower revs in higher gears – well maybe not the 125s or 200s but you get where i’m going!!

Apparently I’m riding Sunday and am still full of Xmas beer and food so completely unable to make two days in a row Murph, otherwise I’d come along to embarrass myself on the first little up slope we came to.
    Have a good one Mate.

Probably didn’t race against you Ollie, only did a few runs and then worked out that I needed a real job to be able to race and gave it away.
Ian can’t ride anymore, bung hip I understand, not sure about Ian, he lives away from Dungog (foreign parts, you know, Newcastle or somewhere!! :) )
Yeh might consider rejoining, we’ll see.

OK Feedback, Teknik were real helpful and client focussed, called me twice during the suspension mod works.
    Results
Bike now sits better (ie higher) in stroke
25mm lower sticks in ruts more than i expected, serves me right for riding rutted out Watagans, gotto get out more …
    more compliant
clickers make more a significant change than before, I mean you can get reasonable adjustment wihtout going 10 clicks each way
Bike is a lot nicer to ride, more suple and yet takes bigger hits much better

I still crash heaps so dont modify the suspension and think that will help that little problem!! :)

All in all, recommend the changes over stock to anyone who takes thier ride seriously B)
