Soak in WD40 overnight then give it a few good belts with a hammer and then use the biggest easyout that will fit.

Thanks for the reply but after doing the research on lecky brakes i couldnt justify them on this.
Anyway spoke to an old mechanic and he put me on the right path.
On the backing plate there are two bolts. Eich only rotates about 180 degrees and you turn these to adjust each pad.
