Looks like the OBT drought busters are at it again, looking like a wet ride this weekend. Especially for the Wauchope residents, expecting heavy showers up that way on Friday.
There is a difference though between what we pay and what they pay, for a dealer there would be additional taxes like import duties that the personal buyer is exempt from.
Looks like I will have to get to Glenmaggie some time for a ride.
Yes I’m still in. I am easy with dinner, pub, club or take away on the boat is all good.

I reckon Nickj might back you up on that one Scott:D
Hey Jeffro from what everyone tells me the might FE550E are not to bad at throwing the odd rock or two.
Also I had the 16LT tank on for this ride, it sure makes a difference on the front end.
Yeh Bill, heard that too
. Almost bought myself a 16L tank the other week but decided I didn’t really need it. Good time to buy one though with the dollar the way it is.
We could use the route I used a while back but it took about 3 hours or aim for something more direct.

Looking at the route you are going past the street where my parents live so maybe we can meet up there at the intesection right where it says Rathluba Lagoon. Another option is if you want to swing by my place and I can take you out through Millers Forest and Seaham to Clarencetown and out onto Black Camp Road to Stroud if you like.
Sorry to here of your loss Menace but you at least have 13½ years worth of good memories.
You know me Mick, put me down at this stage, giddy up!
Where do you find the time Scott, between working away and riding you must have slipped in a quick one somewhere.
I posted this last night but it disappeared.
Batteries in Dirt bikes get a bit of a flogging I reckon so it is probably not worth getting the expensive ones. I don’t know what type is in mine but it’s the one that was in it when I bought it new so it’s 3 years old and no problems. It did go flat on me last year while sitting in the shed for months on end while I was working overseas but after starting it and running around the block it was fine again. At $49 bucks you can afford to replace it every year if you want to.
Or you can be a goose like me and fork out $200 for a special Husaberg battery
 Seems I posted in another thread. :silly:
Congratulations Pep. Cigars all round
