The only difference I think would be the wheels, the rest would be the same.
except for the pillion pegs.

When I’m on the train, I imagine that I’m riding on the service road…….sweeeetOn the way from moto’s and tigertyne’s house is a stretch of road with some grassy rolling dunes next to it. There is a straight track along it. Moto must have a great time driving to work.
We figured that one day, due all the blind crests, we could use the helmet coms. so moto could ride his bike along the track flat out and I’ll be in the car to warn him if a bike comes the other way. That way he could ride our fantasy for real
Spare the obvious
I used to do the same on the train myself and as for the rolling dunes next to the road, I have ridden them, sweeeeeeeeet.
I have been doing 20 every morning mostly,,,,, well sometimes, before I even get out of bed (get your minds out of the gutter
) I go to the end of the bed and do them with my hands on the floor and feet on the bed.
Here is some info about apprenticeships in Gove NT, will pass on anymore info I get if I get it.
A company called Group Training employ the apprentices here. You may be able to get details from their website or from RTA’s Gove site. There is a notice on the Group Training site saying “Apprenticeships and Traineeships now available. Call (08) 8987 3473 and speak to Robyn or Rachel”
Cheers
It’s never to late Strucky, get on board
I’d be up for this if I were home, I don’t have access to any scales here. When I left to come over here I was 116kg then dropped to 105kg when I got home 9 weeks later but put 3 kg back on in the 10 days I was home. Don’t know how I am going this time for sure but I think I may be still putting some back on.
Good luck with it guys, I will be keen to follow your successes as motivation for my own.
The pines is a camping area on your right as you are heading along the road with a (mostly) white fence between it and the road, there is a T-Intersection directly across the road from it. That’s usually where they meet, otherwise you could post up that you will wait at either the firestation or the turn off to go up the mountain and someone can meet you there.
p.s. The bro-in-law is looking into ant contacts at Gove for apprenticeships
cracked me up Adrian
I went one year and had a ball, fell asleep trackside on race day though. I saw maybe the first 10 laps and maybe the last 2 or 3.
He’s a photographer for a riding website
I have just sent off an email asking if they take on app’s at the sites he’s worked at, will let you know if I get a reply.
Have a look at http://www.seek.com.au for all sorts of jobs, I don’t know that too many construction sites will take on apprentices as they are always on a very tight schedule and want top class trades people that can work with a minimum of Supervision. My brother-in-law works at a gold mine on an island off New Guinea and had worked up in Gove in the far north east tip of Arnhem Land, I will ask if they take on apprentices in those areas.
Good luck with it Diddel

So how goes the diet then Chubby
I think you are forgetting he has only mentioned one ride, surely one road ride is not going to kill the thing, especially if you take note of the gearbox warnings and don’t flog it. I think Dan may be right, the equipment in the most danger will be the part you sit on all day.
