Quote:Hey Menace,I’d be interested to see how the powdercoating holds up, I’ve got a stack of minibike bits that I want to get done. Can you try and scratch it for me and tell me how resillient it is..
Chris.
Mate once the powder coating is baked on it is mush more scratch resistant than normal paint, the boss at work had a gate made up and powder coated and when we were fitting it I had a slip with a screwdriver that I was shore would have ripped it open but there wasn’t a mark on it.
Here we have the fruit and veg transport with the oversize panniers
The new Berg is it Moto, 450 or 570?
I’d have to say that it’s only the true Suzuki loyalists that might feel left out, like Scotty I bought mine based on price, reliability reputation and of course the low maintenance factor. If I go to a more performance based bike (which I am considering) the brand is less important than the initial price and running/maintenance costs.

Mate I haven’t even seen my bike in a month, can’t wait to get back next month for a ride :woohoo:
OK then Boony, how did you like the new suspension, did it make any real difference for you?
I went one year and camped on the mountain, it had been flogging down with rain all week and it was just one huge mud puddle, cars were getting stuck left right and centre. Was pissed the whole time, didn’t have a shower til the 4th day and had been wearing workboots with no socks. It took a good 3 or 4 scrubbings of the feet once I got home to kill the smell. Toilets were in short supply made worse by dickheads blowing them up. You do miss a lot of the race though with the track being so big, TV gives the best action but it was agood weekend.
Good times
I think you mean welease Bwian don’t you Bollocks.
Here is a different kind of banana rider
Thats a good point Boll’ I researched dtuff on the net and came across a DVD from one of the magazines which gave me all sorts of good tips, I just need for them to stay in my head when i’m riding. Like the one about weighting the outside peg, before I read that somewhere I was riding like it was a road bike and leaning my weight to the inside.
Get onto this ride people, you will love the A track, I am so jealous
Yeh it’s not unusual to see a family of 4 on the bike or even 3 grown men, and the women often ride side saddle because of their long skirts, and it’s not as if the roads are good either. You constantly dodging and weaving between the bumps, I’ve seen smoother trails in the Wattagans.
And TB your not trying to get me involved in the man love are you, cause I’m flattered an all but it’s really not my scene.
 Right there with ya Menace, there is nothing in this world I would put in my mouth after it’s been between Boony’s legs. :woohoo: :woohoo:
No mate, still here. could be another 6 weeks or so before I get back. Any ride fitness`I gained from the biggest days out is gone now too. I will probably have to miss the high country ride as well
G’day Menace,
No it’s in Cilegon which is on the western side of Java, it’s about 175k’s west of Jakarta.
2 up on princesses Scorpio or whatever it’s called doesn’t seem like such a big thing now does it.
