That’s the way Jak, getting into the banter already, nice work.
I reckon if they arent fenced off your good to go, some of the ones around here have gates to keep you out but others don’t. Just my opinion though.
Hi Al,
Sorry to hear of your troubles. I had a similar problem many years ago when I put driving lights on my first car, the fuse would heat up and melt the fuse holder, I even tried fitting an understrength fuse but it did the same thing. The local mechanic couldn’t sort the problem out so in the end I just took them off.Sorry I can’t help but good luck with it, sounds like a job for an expert though.
Nice work Fez;) 😆
How easy is that, he’s only about 3K’s from my place in the next suburb over. :cheer: Thanks ECKS-man.
I have played around with the settings on mine but with me weighing in at around 120+ Kg kitted out I need more than just some minor adjustments. The thing goes pretty good compared to how it was when I got it but I still have to be careful about bottoming out on bigger obstacles and drops.

That’s awesome guys, I know you wont accept karma any more TB but you and Chop deserve a big dose of it.

check the skid marks leading down to itThats where I had my lay down as well. When I picked the bike up I started sliding down on my feet it was that slippery.
He got sprayed alright, but I don’t think it was with Detol, Moto sprayed him with rocks and drew blood.

Quote:how did the narna go in the wet riding conditionsMate the Nana killed it all day, about the only thing it didn’t pass were the leaders. Not that anyone was really pushing hard
Bad luck there Scotty.
Day 1 of the caves ride was wet, wet, wet,,,,,and cold. We couldn’t get across a river somewhere and had to divert to some dirt and tar roads for probably an hour. Some of it we would have had to do anyway but when it was all put together it made for some wet and did I mention cold riding. I remember when we finally got to some single track and there was a line up to get over a couple of obstacles I couldn’t stop shaking, by the time we got everyone over them though we were all starting to warm up. I don’t think anyone was fully prepared for the conditions, least of all Moto who rode the whole day with jst a zip up sloppy joe over his riding jersey.I wimped out of day 2, as my partner was there with the ute, I loaded up and left the rest of them to it and came home, it was a bitter sweet moment, on one hand I would have loved to be back out there with them all but the idea of spending another 6 hours cold and wet put me off. At least Moto could have my raincoat to keep him a bit warmer for the return leg.
Having said all that I really enjoyed the days riding with the exception of the road parts, everything else was great, there were only a few really slippery sections, the rest were unreal. -
