Sounds good, I have driven down the highway in that area a few times and thought there might be some good tracks in there. I will confirm later next week but I should be right to go.

Only reason you would be laying next it would be due to you waiting for the others to catch up.

I never said why I was laying next to it ;)

Yeh, I made the mistake of putting Armourall on my seat once, best way to combat the sliding was to rub it with dirt.

    Thanks for the tips guys.

See, the problem you have Mrs D, is that it’s all documented right here on OBT that YOU and YOU ALONE called this ride, and YOU and YOU ALONE are responsible for ensuring everything goes perfectly. No Pressure:(

I got all excited and fitted some Force radiator guards and a smaller (42 tooth) sprocket in preparation for Sunday. The smaller sprocket is on test for the anniversary ride, I want to see how it goes off road. It’s great on the road, I’m not looking for another gear all the time.

As I have never really hosted a ride like this before in this area what do you all require me to look for??????

Just think of it as any other ride where people who have to travel vast distances are really depending on you make it an enjoyable weekend so they come back to “play with you in the dirt” as you say.

Only kidding Boony, no pressure, I am sure what ever yo come up with will be fine, just don’t make it grade 4-5 stuff, rumour has it there is a picture of me & the DRZ having a little lay down, and I don’t want too many of them getting around.
