Thanks for a good day guys and girls, the riding was great and so was the company. Can’t wait to do it all again, (especially the secret trail, that was awesome:woohoo: ). Can’t wait to see what pictures or video Dand comes up with:unsure:

Yeh, I live in Woodberry, I only got back into riding a few years ago after not having a bike since I was a teenager. Used to just ride on my own as none of my mates are into bikes, then I heard about these trail riding sites through a guy at work who set up the Trailmates one. So I have been out a few times with that group. Usually when I ride sugy I do it on my own, but I don’t really know the area that well and just sort ride aimlessly without knowing where I am going to end up, haven’t gotten lost yet though.

    Hi guys,

Sounds like a good ride, I’ll tag along too if that’s ok. It wil be my first OB ride, I was going to do the Hillend run until the start was moved to Zig Zag.

Thanks TB, but I will give it a miss this time. I hope the ride goes well for you all though.

Before I confirm I have a couple of questions. Where abouts is Zig Zag and where will we be leaving the cars?

Thats a DRZ400 for me TB, not a WR. The picture on the avatar is just a cool picture I got off the net. The only time I am that horizontal is when I come off.

National Parks is looking to make changes to access to the Wattagan’s area, if anyone wants to have their say about the damage that National Parks intend to do to The Watagans the Draft Plan of Management is on display now at Toronto, Speers Point, Cessnock and Morisset Libraries or online at:

    http://www.environment.nsw.gov.au/parkmanagement/wataganspomdraft.htm

Have your say on the web site or in writing to this address:

    The Planning Officer, NPWS.

    PO Box 1477

    Gosford, NSW, 2250.

If you care about your Trail Riding, 4WDriving, Horse Riding and Camping then make sure you have your say. We have everything to lose and nothing to gain from the changes.
