Bugger! As you said, at least you found it when you did and not midway across the Simpson or somewhere similar. I have an older (95) model but will check it anyway.

3 day beach permits are $10m 12 month pass $30, not sure what the fine for not having one is these days but it used to be the same as a yearly pass. Passes are available at Lavis lane and other places listed on the we here.

There is room to stay at my place should anyone need it, plenty of space just not many beds and only one toilet.
We can always do this ride another time as well for anyone that can’t make it this time.

June 6, 2012 at 12:18 am in reply to: Expressions of interest for Stockton Beach ride 28th, 29th July #223456Thanks Scotty, date fixed in the post.
TB you are more than welcome to camp in the dunes, too close to home for me.
I guess I better find a date that gives people enough time to get leave passes, maybe August. Will have to check tide times to hopefully coincide with low tide for some rest periods on the sand.
pete the wulf wrote:Jeffro, i think the best thing about the pivot pegs is that you cant feel them, its weird but you cant feel them but you know they are there. ( that makes no sence peter :S )PTW
It would make sense if I hadn’t heard that some people either didn’t like them or took a while to get used to them, but maybe they were more experienced riders that notice the little things more.
KING BOLLOCKS wrote:Any one used pivot pegz AND Steg pegs at the same time?
Bol :woohoo:I can’t see it being a problem Bol, the steg pegz are just to give you something to lean on when your tearing up the hills of gold rather than having to grip tight with your knees.
