I hope it works but to be honest, I don’t think the glue will be strong enough. If the glue doesnt hold, then the main rubber may slip between the other pieces and wear even quicker.
So is the cush drive a new thing to the Tenere’s or did the older ones have it too, and if they did, did they have the same problem? You would think that if the old ones did it they would have avoided them for the newer model.

Your right about the cost of spares Squizzy, if it comes in a KTM package, you will pay through the nose for it. Whether or not the second hand jobs will give you trouble though I couldn’t say. I guess it is like anything though, if you treat it right and maintain it well it should be fine but what has the previous owner done.
