A little better but not much.Very limited in what I am allowed to do at the moment. not allowed to use the shoulder muscle at all yet, just passive pendular exercises where you lean forward and gently rotate the arm in a circular pendulum motion using the good arm.
I noticed a fair bit of swelling and bruising on the lower bicep today, not sure what that is about. At least the pain is slightly less each day.Happy Birthdat Fish, have a good one mate
I can’t commit to anyting at the moment, I won’t know until I find a new job so I would suggest you plan this ride without me.

Depends on the terrain they put you on but in my experience with the DRZ up there 14psi is fine, don’t think I have ever had a flat tyre in the Watagns, flattened my foot once between a stump and the foot peg though
. If you have ultra heavy duty tubes you can get away with less.
