    A little better but not much.Very limited in what I am allowed to do at the moment. not allowed to use the shoulder muscle at all yet, just passive pendular exercises where you lean forward and gently rotate the arm in a circular pendulum motion using the good arm.
    I noticed a fair bit of swelling and bruising on the lower bicep today, not sure what that is about. At least the pain is slightly less each day.

    Depends on the terrain they put you on but in my experience with the DRZ up there 14psi is fine, don’t think I have ever had a flat tyre in the Watagns, flattened my foot once between a stump and the foot peg though :D . If you have ultra heavy duty tubes you can get away with less.
