After a nasty off at the last Hamton ride,Im pretty much just geting back into it,,,still riding the old RMX,,but not up to speed for a two day ride, and not on this bike. I’v got a good 4by that I could get out there in, but it’s a wagon set up for touring, and not much space for carrying gear, other wise I would have put my hand up for a suport vehicle just to help out and to be there.
So I’l just have to settle for the ride report and pics.
So I wish everone a safe ride and a great weekend,,,,have a blast.
Cheers Teza. You don’t have to do the full ride either Tez, there will be shorter loops after lunch on Saturday and again on Sunday morning I think. Come on tez, ya know you want to :woohoo: 👿
no worries Eag’s, your driving, I’m just sleeping
We have been inundated with 80’s music here in Newcastle lately with a local station playing it all day everyday. There is a competition to find the ultimate 80’s band. When I first heard about it I was thinking Oh no, not that shit but I have been pleasently surprised, I guess only the bad ones stuck in my head
Rock n Roll all night from Kiss still goes alright. That’s a shame mate, never mind though, as the saying goes all godd things come to those who wait.
Either that or stupid is as stupid does
Happy Birthday Scotty, have a good one.
I don’t think one of your guys was playing fair, he got hit by the lance but didn’t fall off,,,,, or even flinch for that matter.
What is the collective noun for a group of Urals, a urinal?
Welcome to the site BV, I don’t know that we have any Tassie members so you may be privileged enough to be the first
. I am not much on bike models but the XL250 would be a Honda wouldn’t it? Plenty of Honda advice available around here.
There is another website aimed at Tassie riders when you get down there http://www.trailriderz.com.au
I wouldn’t mind one either Krusty, it will do everything the DRZ will do if not better and with more power for passing road trains on the the outback adventures. I am considering selling both mine and just having the 690.

The shower of sparks was impressive but they didn’t impress my science teacher or the headmaster or my parents. :blush:Then there was the petrol in the stubbie incident Mick, but I wont bring that one up
I was replacing a light bulb in a lamp one time and couldn’t get the new one to go in so I checked that the 2 prongs in the socket weren’t stuck by pushing them down with my fingers. got a bit of a shock but nothing bad
Hope it wasn’t stolen, that might explain why someone would no be willing to take it to a mechanic.
Would love to but it is my grandaughters first birthday party.
Congrats Eag’s, maybe one day we will have matching bikes like TB and Nick
