This is Stump Hill, I hadn’t been on it before and was just following the guys up thinking it started a bit further up. Before I knew it I was already ¾ of the way up and so didn’t get a run up for the last bit and even then I didn’t realise I was at the top until someone appeared and started pulling the bike up for me. Will have to have a better go next time.
G’day Justin, were you on the ride with Kat, there was someone she referred to as Jetstar someone on that ride

Same Hill, Different result
This was a pretty steep hill covered with loos rocks and a few boulders at the top just to top it off
I made it home ok, the 4 hour drive did the shoulder some good as it was basically motionless the whole time and doesn’t feel too bad at the moment. It was more gravity putting it back in than me, when I hit the ground and it dislocated my arm was pretty much straight up above my head with the elbow bent. At first I tried to just bring my arm back down but if I moved it in any direction it became much more painfull. I was able to roll onto my back with my upper arm still in the same position and my forearm across my face. Chad tried to help me sit up by I didn’t have the strength to keep my injured arm up and had to lay back down again. After a little while I tried rolling onto my side and the arm started to drop a bit but the pain was a bit mich so I layed back again, I did that a few times then on about the 4th go the shoulder popped back in.
I have some video which I need to edit and upload which includes TB’s bike on the ground, mind you I near took 3 people out trying to get close enough before he picked it up
Thanks to all for the good riding on both days and to Chad for helping me when I fell and running me back to the motel and loading up my bike. There was a good mix of hills and singles and some open stuff,,,,,,,,,, and dust and we only lost 1 sweep all weekend, I road the DRZ for this one as I hadn’t really given it a decent test since I had the suspension set up for my “larger frame” and it was a pleasure to ride soaking up all the big and little bumps with ease and for the most part went where I pointed it (the Berg might be on the outer now).
Looking at the wheel spin I think he is trying to hold it back
Sounds like a good day for all except [strike]Flatsa Losta[/strike] Lotsa
Cut it back short nick and add a squirt of round up.
Cancel my order Chris, the Vstrom is gone
I will give the Saturday morning ride a miss, that will give me a chance to get to Sutto’s to use the gift voucher I got at Coff’s.
Will there be a morning and afternoon ride or just a morning run?
If there is an arvo run I might be better to wait for that, otherwise I will have to be on the road around 4am to make the morning kick off. -
