    Chucky,

Where is the Valley of doom? The waist deep deep water crossings? The hills that disappear into the clouds?? The downhills that require an anchor or a parachute???

Smoking and drinking… when it does both, time to upgrade for sure. The younger the model the better…

  spend the $8.50 they supported us ;) if you fitted your own tyres Johnny you could afford it

    TB :P

No chance. But bring your copy to Warchoppy and I’ll read it there…

Gave up on the bike mags over 10 years ago. Maybe I’d been buying them for too long and just saw the same old, same old year in year out.

Chucky, If you did a “how to fit tyres for gumbies” video I’d buy that! Add that to your list of things to do before you die ;)

    Good read JTB.
You were nearly there with your tyre. Just remember to flip it over at that point and make sure the bead is sitting inside the rim so there is less tension on it.

    STM

I did flip it over… be buggered if I can remember what I saw. I think it was right… as I say I need to do it with someone watching and telling me what to do… but I’d still hour out

You blokes may not have to worry about dust!

ELDERS WEATHER LINK shows 80% chance of 1-5mm of rain on Sat and 40% chance of less than 1mm of rain.

But as we all know that is likely to change at the drop of a hat ;)

    Massey, you’ll be fine.

If Bucky’s Commodore and trailer combo can’t get to you, I’ve got a Prado and trailer combo to rescue your ORANGE arse… eventually you too will sense in riding under the tuning fork blue banner ;) .

You’re used to the dust Bucky, you’ll be right!

    Four sleeps to go. :woohoo:

    Chuck,

Just wondering if the same requirements for a feed are in on Sunday? Bring your own or perish at the bottom of the Valley of doom?

    Thanks
    Johnny

Chuck, I’ll be bringing all my games and a sandwich!

You just keep riding. And bring back scary stories of deep valleys of doom with water crossings that Moses himself would have trouble getting through or hill climbs that Hillary and Tenzing would struggle on…
