Thanks STM.
But I was REALLY hoping photo bucket wasn’t the ONLY option I can use. Surely there has to be a way with flickr for example or anywhere on the net really…
Not good at this ‘pooter stuff, can’t work out photo’s!
See Bucky, I told you they were alright.
There is this one bloke… he rides a VOR. Remember that because in few years you’ll be able to tell your grandkids that you knew a bloke who rode a VOR once. They’ll look at you and say “Grandpa, what’s a VOR?” and your answer will be “A garage ornament!”
Like I expected, first reply guides me straight to the answer!
Thanks TB!
Looking forward to reading about this!
Hope to be on the next ride… August starting in Singleton I think
Good luck to you all.
It’s been good… I’ve now got a new mate in filthy! Dunno where he lives, but I will be taking all my tyres to him for changes!
OR
I’ll have to buy one of those $1000 tyre plier motorcycle tyre changer thingo’s…
Where’s the phone book? I need to find where Mr PHIL lives…
If your pissed idiot mate lives too far away… and you don’t have one of them flash blue electromagical tyre changers…
I just take it to the shop. But you know that already
and I’m still NOT caring.

Crash
Yep me!
But I only have ONE bike… if I had two I would do both, but I don’t, so I can’t. :pinch:
After all one man’s Erzberg is another man’s boring trail ride…
James I think Snowy is referring to the omega brace shown above that has no front section… if you bought one of them you may have some drama… but as Snowy noted you won’t know about it.
My reading is that there was no urine taking at all, rather a ‘caveat emptor’ for the potential omega purchaser… my $0.02 worth, though my wife tells me that I was wrong once
EDIT: I type too slow Snowy beat me to it.
Thanks Factory!
Too much coin for this black duck… but far cairn awesome looking bike!
I’m happy to have one bike after being bikeless for over three years and you’ve got a shed full! Hopefully I’ll get a closer look at the replica at one of the future Nav rides (can’t make Lithgow). And I look forward to reading all about your other builds!
Awesome! Work on the video’s!

UPDATE:
Just read through it… lot’s of medical talk and double dutch but still able to decipher enough for a layman to know and understand they are a good thing!I’m impressed that LEATT allowed you access to unpublished information described by you…
“The paper is extensive and covers all aspects of research, design, test modeling, and testing outcomes to the extent that it could well be used by a competitor to manufacture their own device.”
The Chinese are probably reading it as we speak…
Thanks again!
Freaky Friday!
I bought a bike less than a week ago and have been trawling through the myriad of info on here and only last night wondered if I’d get a neck brace and what the current feeling was about them amongst other riders.
Now I have lots more reading to do (thanks to mal for the links)!
Chris,
Have you done a write up anywhere on what you did (and how much it cost :woohoo: ) to that flash bike of yours?
I’d love to read about it.
