    The valves were replaced as they were worn out,
    like pizza cutters :)
    When we measured the stock springs they did not have alot of open pressure.
    So we replaced them too.

    The intake work was done by a mate who runs a Top Fuel Bike at the drags.
    Allan Herriman…..Al is one of these guys when everyone at 18yrs was out on the piss,
    Al was in his shed playing with engines, porting the mower head etc :)
    It is hard to find guys who specialize in bike cylinder heads.

    Yeh thats what pilot jet i run too, 68S
    the S is the in between size indictation.

    How come your running a main jet that big?

    Did the bike come with that main jet?

    I ran a 172 main jet with the old motor which was stock,
    have not changed it with the better motor at this stage.

    chain lube is that wax snot,
    not too bad really,
    the shite does not stick to the chain like the other lubes,

    Remind me to try vegimite :laugh:
