Hi ECKS
My brother runs a retirement village development in Dubbo I can ask him if he is happy with his current surveyor if not I can give you his contact details.
I have been slowly getting screwed by my boss over the past 4 months. He made an error on the original costing’s of the building of the retirement village I’ve been working on and let the sales staff give away extras without clients paying for them to keep sale prices down.
When the actual cost were brought to his attention he told the owner it was constructions problem and I have become the scapegoat. It has taken 4 months for them to badger me enough that I resigned on Thursday.
So as I Monday I start all over again as I have before to build up my construction company.
Not a good time to start again but don’t think I ever want to work for a boss again were I can get screwed.Hope things work out for you ECKS and I’m sure many men go thru hell with the pressure of providing for their families.

Did my first ride for 2014 today :woohoo:
Fordy messaged me that he and some mates were heading out early Sunday
6.45am meet time  so no sleeping last day of holidays before work tomorrow :S .
Did a run thru local forest but in a different direction than usual. I was lost strange how things look going the other way…..
Only six riders so pace was good but very dusty. Good start to the new year

I needed lantana man to go first had all sorts of trouble  :pinch:

It was an early start for most of us but all arrived on time at Dungog
Adam had called me as I was at the other end of town but got my PA instead as I had left my phone at home
My wife needed to get up to do some house work anyway
I haven’t been on a ride since Nundle
in August so the long hill climbs and long single runs soon took there toll on the fitness.
But the fun I was having :woohoo: :woohoo: being back on the bike and riding some new tracks the pain was quickly forgotten
Thanks to Mr Squiggle for organising and leading the ride and Dude for sweeping
A quick vid sorry about the shitty camera angle

Where are you starting from?
Kevdog
A couple from my old footy coach
That guy would drop his prick having a pull
Wouldn’t hit the water if he fell out of a boat
