What a top weekend!!

Great riding, plenty of mid pack shenanigans and a few fizzy drinks at the end of the day.

A lot of work went into making this weekend run smoothly and a big thanks has to go to Mick for putting it all together.

Mick and TB have covered Friday’s ride pretty well. It had a great mix of tracks, conditions, dirt naps and laughs to make it really hard to sum up in a few lines.

Saturday’s was even better. Slippery single track after slippery track kept us on our toes for an action packed 7 hours.

Rider X and the boys who led the day, hats off to you fellas it was a crackers.

A big thanks goes to Stexs for letting use his bike for the weekend. My bike had a little moment late on Thursday night and being the top bloke he is he gave me his new KTM 450 without a moment’s hesitation. He has my nomination for OBT of the Year

And as always it’s the bloke riding with you that make it such a great time. It was a pleasure to catch up with the guys I’ve met before and an even greater pleasure meeting some new ones.

Just confirming that I’ll drive the support vehicle for the Saturday ride. And I’ll try and ride on the Sunday. Xrays confirmed a flapping piece of bone in my cranky ankle :angry: :angry:

The season was supposed to start last Sunday but the day was washed out. The next MX meeting is in 2 weeks on Feb 22.
