You should have lots of fun with the 350 – set up the suspension for your weight etc is the most important thing with the PDS rear end.

    Have fun and be safe

Cheers Mick… Bike suspension was done in the purchase… ;) I’ll provide more detail in the my garage thread I’ll start this weekend… I’ll still need a couple upgrades i.e.; pivot pegz and possibly damper down the track.

I am pleasantly surprised how good the PDS is on the rear of that 530 I have been riding

When are we gonna get the official write up on the experience with the 530? :cheer:

No worries boys… The thread is about Orange!!! :P

I’ll probably start a Garage Thread for the new steed… One more sleep… B)

I think any bike the Adventure boys ride from this forum will need some sort of bracing!!! :P :P

Nicks racks needed extra bracing and remember Mal doing some extra welding to yours right after buying it.. Yes the bike was fine for the weight but there was some bracing done to the Big Tens..

Isn’t about how you setup and modify the bike for how you want to ride it and where you want to take it in the end? :)

Well this choice is of the Adventure type and I have had a ride on both and I am now a lot closer especially with the rides I have planned in the near future!! Its going to be Blue or Orange  The DR has gone so I have to commit soon.

Boulder Orange eh? Did you have a look at the 690 Enduro Suttos done up? They added tanks and a proper full face fairing.. It was very trick looking.. Has a bit of the 990 look to it..

Yeah its interesting Murph, would love to know whats really behind it. They will never tell  Good luck with it, there are a few giving grief  Personally I love EFI and its the future the Jap bikes have been using it for a few years without a problem so it should be able to be sorted
    TB

Haven’t the 690’s been running EFI for a few years now? Does anyone know what the differences are between what the 690 has and what the 2012 enduro models got?

  Well sort of… I was afraid of EFI but the more and more I read about others experiences the more relaxed I became.. I suppose EFI is the future so why not…

Full page ad in the local paper yesterday. 2012 350 down from $12290 to $10290. They are a KTM dealer Krusty so they are legit. I only mentioned it because it seems that KTM over estimated demand on this one and are sitting on stock.

It was too good to be true Krusty. It is the SX model not the EXC

    B) Sounds better… I did a post earlier but it didn’t go through and winBlows crashed.. 👿 Anyway.. Suttos tried for week to find me one with no luck.. Either none available or those who had them would not part with them… I’ve been told I got the last one in Sydney and possibly all of NSW.. :woohoo:

Hey Bol I’m hoping soon… I haven’t ridden since just after the new year.. I’m planning to start a once a month trip down at Sussex/Wandandian in April with Bro-Inlaw and plan to squeeze in another weekend each month… I really want to ride Coffs again and get to your neck of the woods as I promised Boony I come ride your area 1.5 years ago. 😆 Maybe I can get a few days off work and do a tour
