Suttos do a great price on chains so if you get a chaingang set of sprockets ring Mal at Suttos and save about $30 on the same chain from Chain Gang.

Mick do you know which chain this was? X O DID RK?

None taken Menace… Wanked up is putting it nice.. Not sure why but we sepos like everything super sized…

I find the thread fascinating as well as the ability for civility in the debate.. Cool stuff guys… I would like to one day have a go on one of these orange bikes to see what I’m missing.. :P :woohoo:

Quick question in regards to the 2t verses 4t.. I always thought 4t was presumed better for trail riding because you can use the engine for braking where a 2t won’t allow it.. How does this fit? I use my motor in a lot of instances IE; going into a nice wide turn, for braking before I actually use the brakes..

Katgirl, it’s not a race and don’t think you need to ride faster. So come along.

Next up, planning Denman pub for lunch on the 27th if I don’t get lost on the way.

Saturday the 28th would work for me as I have to work on Sunday the 29th B)

    Mick

Well Saturday and Sunday then :silly:

I’d prefer Saturday 28th at this stage.

TB and Krusty (and anyone) can you make Saturday 28 Aug???

No I will be traveling back from Adelaide on saturday, you go saturday and I will find you all lost on Sunday  :P

TB Won’t be sure about a car and trailer staying until the strange thing gets worked out ;)

Had a chat today with TB about bag.. I also got a message from lotsa checking in about bags as well.. What is everyone doing for bags? Who is buying what? should we try and do some sort of bulk deal with the same and/or separate model bags?

Lets start a list and see who can provide us with a deal eh?

Krusty – Leaning towards the Wolfman Enduro E10 from Adventure moto

Lotsa – Leaning towards the Wolfman Expedition saddle bags and frames package

Nickj – ?? Have you decided? You seemed to be leaning towards Enduro series last time we chatted?

    Others???

Hi Kat. I have the Zeus and I don’t have anything bad to say about it…

There is another Brand called R-Jays that makes a dakar style helmet.. It is shaped more to the motocross style helmet that the roundness of the Zeus and the face Visor forms to the shape.. Playing around in the store(MCA Auburn) they look like they will take a google easier than the Zeus.. They are only $199 so I think I may try one myself to compare to the Zeus..

    Cheers…

Cost of the screen is $120.00 and that’s for light tint dark tint or clear, but if you would want a colour tint like red, yellow, blue, green etc they are $10.00 more.
    Freight to NSW $15.00

Crusty what plastics did you use on your bike.

I haven’t changed mine yet.. Won’t do it until after the corner… But I will be replacing everything but shrouds as mine are in good nik.. Standard rear and side panels.. I will most likely use an RM250 or RMZ450 front as I think they look better.. Then sending to T and C for complete coverage.. Some sort of bling or semi bling.. I just want them covered..

Yellow fenders and shrouds, white side panels..

Hope thats what you were after :P
