did some front end service work on the 525 even repacked the head set bearings yesterday may take the swing arm out and check the bearings there and pds ect

The punchbowl must be a sight to see with all that water the same creek as the one out the front over my bridge was about 2m over and 40m wide

also a mate in Vic has one and on a cold winter morning sheared the plastic oil pump gear when starting it and when it fired he gave it a small rev then it started to rattle dont rev till it has warmed up
