Murph, that was a great ride. Thanks also to Tim and Gotchya for sweeping. Conditions were perfect, trails were awesome and the company was great. What more could you ask for? What a top day. Thanks.
PS. Great report Murph and it was Scott that picked your bike up off you too.
Hey Murph,
Can I bring a ridingbuddy?
Showed him your photo’s from your last ride and he’s now keen.
His name is Scott.
Thanks
Chris

We have cleared Pole Point, Boyds, Killer and Burnout (up to Siding Rd), so should be good to ride now, if you go that way. Unfortunately can’t join you as we (OBMCC) have a a race at Denman on the 29th. Have fun:(

This ride is always a cracker Mal and Medogrocket are leading Saturday and once we get to the Sunny Corner I can promise you ripper weekendThe list of who is attending is in the first post on page one of this thread below is some from the first post on page one
The 3rd annual Old Bull Birthday Ride will be held on the 28th and 29th of May. As last year it will be a ride to the camp and ride return. There will only be one group ride lead this year (no adventure loop). If there are any adventure rides wanting to attend I can send you some tracks to get you there as you are more than welcome. The ride will start at Capertee in the public area opposite the servo at 7.30am on Sat the 28th of May. There will be support vehicles to carry your gear (gear means your 20litre Jerry can FULL, your bag, swag (or Tent) and an esky that you should try and share with someone else to conserve space) it will cost you $20 to have your gear transported and will be payable to Bubba the red neck support driver, no pay no gear carried. Your jerry can will need to be full as there are no service stations anywhere during the whole ride.
We will be camping near Sofala and there are NO SHOPS THERE bring everything you need. We will be travelling via twin trail (good tough in spots twin trail) for the first 30 odd kms then there will be singles used in the A4DE, they will include pine forests and native bush. There will be at least one hill climb to bash yourselves up on only if you choose. We are aiming to do some of the A4DE special tests and extreme tests that will start and finish at the same point so you don’t have to do it if you don’t want or you can do it twice if you want. The ride will be able to be completed by EVERYBODY but we are aiming to include tougher sections for others only IF THEY WANT to do them. There will be the ride thru the rocky twin along the Turon River then over the causeways and thru the farms to the camping area as we did last year.
As per every birthday ride there will be prizes a plenty I can assure you. At this stage I am hoping to have over 20 individual prizes not including the Old Bull Of The Year which was a Helmet last year. There will be commemorative stickers to all attend as per other years it is shaping to be the biggest bunch of prizes ever by a long shot. There is no cap on the numbers of riders and again everyone of every skill is welcome and will be accommodated.
Sutto’s main Old Bull contact Scotty will be attending and we are hoping to have more of our sponsors attending also, come on Steve (Adventure Moto), Nick and Mark from Tekinks to name but a few
The ride back will be aimed to have us back at Capertee between 2 and 3pm for those that have to travel distances. There is plenty of space to park the cars which is safe enough that I will park my car there for the night. Capertee is on the Mudgee road between Mudgee and Lithgow.
This post will be kept updated so look it over if you are going in the weeks ahead until the ride.
Come one come all it will be great I promise

Hi Cathi,
Sorry about not getting back to you (I have been busy doing some real work). Yes, we are always looking for help, that would be great. I have sent you a PM.
If anybody else wants to help out on that weekend, please pm me your contact details and which days (hopefully both) you can help out. It’s a great way to get up close to all the excitment and maybe even have a chat with Toby Price or Jarrod Bewley. You have to be over 16 though.
Cheers
Chris
