I just looked at my log books(yes they tell me everything) and the last three pairs of tech 8 Alpine stars have got 23,550 kms, 18,700 kms and 12,450kms……the last ones got cut real bad on a star picket in the ground with no harm to me…..I wear nothing but them and wont change

That’s just weird, you keep a log book for your boots?

I have a column in my log book that has all parts used(every nut bolt washer boots goggles helmets fuel oil everything spent on the machine and I mean everything)

Chris I have found an email to the parent company in the states telling them of their agents lack of respect for the retail customer usually gets a real fast reply from the Aussie importer, especially if that email was sent from all the other old bulls who have similar fate with O’neals crappy gear…try thor next time

Took the boys to Orange for the weekend, Kieran’s 2nd ride on is KTM 50 mini adventure, Lochie also had some bling Bar ends to test and a new rear tyre so all was set.

I mowed a big grass track in a 4 acre paddock for them, K put to tanks of fuel through the Kato and nearly the same through the XR, nothing in them, once Lochie clued up he could get K, but had to work for it. Lochie is 8,nearly 9 and K’s just turned 5.

Couple of shots for you Mick

Dan , Dan , the blue Man, I am very tolerant of you because you are one of the lucky ones that have a spouse that rides with you( I bet she beats you ) Maybe I should speak straight to the boss , tell Kylie that she one day will meet the best machine there is to ride and Katie and Kylie will get on fine and if you are real lucky I have heard many stories about Katie making an appearance in the bedroom more than once, but hang on your a yamaha rider, that means you are not man enough for more than two in the bedroom,(it also means you ar most comfortable with just one:lol: ):P
Mate you also misunderstand the Jealous rage you say I have,  :woohoo: it is nothing but pure compassion for you poor lost souls on those pretend rides,(I know this is true, I was blue, then green, then red before seeing the light) all those needless injuries that you sustain, all those countless hours of twisting the throttle to try and keep up, all of those mods needed just to make them work more than a few times in the real world of riding (let alone racing), all that money…….
The only thing that keeps me going is the pain in my belly from laughing so hard at you guys…..then hearing how there was no more left in your bike…and I was only half throttle and playing with you:woohoo:

( the laughing part is actually true, ask Mick, but most of the time I am screaming at myself because I am out of control and going way too fast down a hill…as I said ask Mick , he has heard this on more than one occasion, Mick actually slows down on steep hills )

See The stuff I have to try and deal with Loyd….As I said before….Welcome Welcome my comrade:P

Hi Mickust, Mate I can say that I have total faith in the Motul 5100, I have 33,000 kms on a KTM525 with no problems at all, I would be looking at other reasons why the clutch is misbehaving, I just dont know with the blue though, I have friends that have blue and they have pissed off the yamaha clutch and run the white brothers clutch pack and the 5100 with no hassles at all and big kays as well
