Mick make sure you get it fully up to operating temp, then for 5 mins dont let Connor get the band happening for to long but dont be shy about it, most importantly run a slightly higher oil mix for the run in, again 5 mins worth of non sustained revs and Bobs your uncle, all done and ready to race(have you got any Bobs in your family….I bet you have), cant wait to see what he thinks of the new power, should have called me and I would have brought my porting tools over :)

I have only just finished prepping and packing for tomorrow, I will speak to you later about the fork protectors, I dug out the patterns for them the other day after speaking to you and I have 18 different sizes, I will have some thing to suit.

If you have a look at freeze frame around the 7 to 8 secs just after he has been ejected you will see some parts flying off the rear of the bike , I think there has been a mechanical failure of some sort prior to the jump, this is of course no PDS problem, but a failure of some sort……..I suppose thats what happens when you go fast…..you dont really expect that to happen when you ride a banana like JAK :P :P :P :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Boony I have them in all my Boys race bikes and they are fantastic, the oil gets emulsified and aerated just doing what it is designed for, dampening the compressive and rebound forces, with this aeration you get a build up of pressure and this in turn makes the forks have a little more preload and your plush feel now becomes hard and sharp, you should elevate the front and bleed after every ride and Bobs your uncle, I actually do it after every moto for the boys and it keeps them constant in feel for them, they both notice it when I forget to do it,
    Hope that helps

I will be wiring Micknmeld up this weekend for our ride. I rate the bluetooth as one of the best / fun things in my kit

Crash and Mal 5.1 have both purchased the kits seen below

The other amazing thing is how clear they are, I have been rang by Mick and Chicken for example whilst riding along and been talking to them and they haven’t picked I was on the bike riding Yeah but at your speed its understandable :woohoo: :woohoo: :P :P ;) ;)

I need to get back to the original thread and do a 12 month update soon I guess

I purchased mine from http://www.mobileoutlet.com.au/ and was pleased with the service and price
