Hey Mate, with the ktm 65’s you extend the hoses and run them into the air box and when th bike is dropped they have ho dramas starting again the free flowing fuel really fuels the bike up and when you drop the thing the hoses are uphill and fuel can free flow, a little trick i have done for years with little riders that drop their bikes often

    Some O’Neal quotes from Mick

“Both Ant and Chris have the Oneal pants and aren’t happy either. They started to fall apart after the first wash”. You then went on to say that O’Neal is “so you can see why I have come to the conclusion they are SHIT”

Love to go to war with your Mick, could count on you to cover my back!

    TB

    OUCH:blink: I laughed to hard:huh:

Hey TB you have not heard the best, I went for a proper ride yesterday and it went well for about 500 meters until I binned it at warp speed, I can barely walk today,

Now that the boss is back its time to behave

The worst bike I ever had was an old suzuki beach bike thing that a golf fella had tried to convert into a caddy, it did not work so I got it for $10 and tried to convert it back to a two wheeled bike, that didnt work either, but what did work was the pain generator, the thing was un-rideable, and you fell off if you went faster than walking speed, so it did generate lots of pain,

There you go on topic and all

Lem -a ktm wearing different clothes
Polini – not much chop in the 50s, but the 65 is another story all together
Cobra (King Cobra is the current one I think), a weapon that Indeed eats all opposition, but they are not a production machine , they are USA made one off hand-built thing that would not be what it is if it came off a production line, I think they only produce 900 units a year
But I stand corrected, the KTM 50 only dominates the normal real world, not the elite top level, that is for the King Cobra,

    Thanks Mr Blue for that

Yeah guys the worst bike I have ever owned is the KTM , I mean how boring it gets blowing all opposition away, the huge kms I get out of them is the biggest drag, you know you have to ride this sucker for ages before they need anything done to them, and the jumping, braking and turning, how the hell am I supposed to feel when I cant get anyway past half throttle, cant jump it anywhere near what its capable of, the braking is terrible, you just rest one finger on the bugger and it stops, oh and that damm Hydraulic clutch, I was used to arm pump from those cables and boy I miss lubing them continually, and the way your riding buddies cant keep up, it gets real lonely waiting for them. Parts, where can I start, it really shits me that the parts are the same for all models and because of that they are cheaper, I dont know how the hell I am supposed to support the industry if the bikes models all have interchangeable bits that save money…..I just cant stand it any longer I am going to change to a Honda, at least then I can feel like the rest of the sheep, rather than this feeling like I was in a group of beginners, now I can fit in and be a beginner, what Honda do you recommend Mick…or TB, I am open to suggestions.

You know the ktm machines also shit me the way they totally dominate the 50 cc market, there is not a machine out there that answers it in any other way than from way behind(waaaay behind), how am I supposed to deal with the sadness of the little tacker when he goes to a 65 or 85 of any other breed, KTM have stuffed their riding career’s haven’t they, the poor little mongrels are never happy on anything ever again, KTM that is not fair to make the bike so much better than the other 50’s,the least they could do is slow them down so the expectations aren’t so high for the next bike, I am on to them, they just want the customer to get the next sized up in their range, I dont know where is the world of s*#t bikes going, Bikes are getting better and better god damm you KTM

I just Hate them….HATE HATE HATE them

Bill did you see me bump my head yesterday?

I finally feel like I have been for a ride now….I always hurt with Black Betty….Man you should see the bruising ….I am going to try and walk today….Bill you were right I did hit the left shoulder , it is talking to me now, and none of it is nice, is all pain….but good pain….Dude she flies doesn’t she,I love it, I may have to go to one of my own schools to learn all over again, although I think I should look into repairing that fork leg….they work better with oil in them .

It was that bloody yamahas fault, no power full throttle you can get away with, but not with betty, anywhere past 1/4 throttle is game on, and guess what , I was not on the game.
