Thats a little bit ignorant Scotty
The fact that he was left with distaste in his mouth from going localy (rightly or wrongly) for a specific service
Will affect where he/she will shop next time ……..there is a bigger picture
You will never please everyone
I was once told that in Business 30% of the public will use you because they like your service or you
30 % Don’t won’t an will never agree with anything you provide or suggest
30 % don’t give a shit and will shop wherever convenient or cheapest
and finally 10 % are just Dickheads :unsure:I realise or are assuming that this is a site sponsor and this will tick some people off and they feel compelled to defend them
However to the original posters?? credit no specifics were ever mentioned (that i saw)
To the supposed shop in questions credit they have come to the party and are willing to address the issueAnd relating to the other issue of shopping o/s , because we live in such an affluent way and expect our standard of living to continually increase , we are shitting in our own nest
and last time i checked we live on a pretty big island.
Since everyone wants to be paid top dollar for doing fucall everything has to come from O/s including the bloke who has to make your $3 pies :huh:My rant
You’re full of it Bob.
You get your parts from City Coast Motorcycles in Wollongong, they get delivered for free and fitted for free, you should be pleased about that
I like pies
I buy stuff online from overseas and Australia and I use bike shops too but heres a thought.
What if you get a puncture out in the bush………………………….who fixes it then?
Now that it has been broken down and itemised it seems like a reasonable price, $45 tube, $90 an hour labour divided by 4. Close enough to $25. Not that I would ever pay for that.
I will put new tubes in for cartons of beer all day long, should be nice and drunk by the end of the day too.
click on private messages and there is a red settings button, use this to change your options regarding emails
$44 for an ‘ultra’ heavy duty tube is pretty much stock standard, heavy duty are about $25.
As for fitting, it don’t take too long, do it yourself.
