Looks like you have got it sussed Nick.
I reckon when you put the filter in and the cage compresses the foam onto the lip of the airbox you will still get some seepage but not as much as before.
Lately I have been using Silkolene, it goes on very runny like water (which makes it easier to apply and less messy) and it dries nice and tacky like the Motul stuff.
Cool.
How did you go? It looked like there were a good number of female riders.
The track was awesome, especially if you compared it to the swamp that was rd1!

It was a sprint format with 2 courses running at once, we got a sighting lap and 3 laps of each track, thats 8 laps in a day. The laps were between 7 and 14 mins long depending on who was riding them. It doesn’t sound like a lot of riding but you know about it at the end of the day!
So shitty beat you by 7 minutes
In his dreams.
Jeff Braico won it outright and he beat me by 2 mins a lap on the longer loop
I suppose I should post one more post of dribble to get my post count up, I’m closing in on two grand
The 450 you are comparing with is renouned for being very aggresive almost mx like, plus its an outdated model. Try a new WR 450 if you want a smoother engine.
Or you could just grow a pair, open the throttle and flap off the back of it!

Interest expressed for either date pending work and travelling partners.
At least it was soft mud and didn’t break the lever this time.

You shouldn’t let your bike fall off the stand when you are warming it up
I let the air out of my forks, lubed the chain and its ready for a Thursday arvo session.
