I had some EVS guards that had the plastic snap near the hinge and I didn’t even crash, Acerbis guards that broke just like yours with the bolts flogging out.

I think you are fighting a losing battle, the bike shops/companies will just blame the damage on crashing even if it is obvious they have simply worn out.

Good luck either way.

I am onto some Fly Racing guards now, they seem like a good thing but only time will tell.

On the look out for a new team member.

As a result of flipping his bike at high speed Bob has a broken wrist and a bung knee (actual medical term) and can’t compete in the 12hr.

New member must be reasonably fast (Boony need not apply :laugh: ) and be willing to have shit hung on them and hang shit on others. :laugh:

I should be able to find someone this weekend but thought I would see if any Old Bulls are keen first.
