I just did an independent weighing of my bike by putting some bathroom scales under the back wheel and then the front wheel (not very accurate but good enough)

Back was 65kg, front 55kg that includes oil, about 1 litre of fuel, barkbusters, radiator guards, ultra heavy tubes and about 1 or 2 kgs of quality Neville mud.

My not very accurate measurements are pretty close to the 114kg dry claimed weight.

It was another great weekend riding at Bobs place, more people need to get out there and experience the trails, especially the new “1 long muddy rut”

I’ve just been out to Bobs place for the weekend and he has one of those diesel heaters (its freaking freezing out there he definitely needs it) he burns old sump oil in it and it works really well.

Just make sure you don’t have any water in the bottom because when the diesel or oil is about to run out the thing can explode, Bob nearly blew the roof of his shed.
