Its a new patented quick release system, the ties snap saving you from bending your bars 😆 😆
I will be at the pub 5.30 – 6ish Friday evening.
I wouldn’t worry about the bar mounts, cable ties will hold her in place

It will be back on the road in no time.
S12s should get good traction in snow
huskybloke wrote:What sort of kms and grade you doing Saturday and what time are you leavingWe will be riding all day, a loop in the morn of about 50-60kms, back to car for lunch (bring your own) and refuel (jerry can) then more riding in the arvo 30-40-50kms until we are rooted.
Grade 3.5-4ish, there is some tough stuff in there but I will see how the group is going, we might even end up in some tough stuff if I take a wrong turn

Probably leave about 9ish after we have some breakfast, its going to be too cold to go much earlier
Looking like a small crew. Will have to make sure we keep moving so the frost doesn’t settle on us.
Their lycra outfits are poxy
46 today!!!
No wonder you took up adventure riding
Happy Birthday mate
Happy Birthday Galey, see ya in a week

It had 1000km on it when I got it (ex demo)
Trying to look after it a bit, usually I just ride until things start to fall off before fixing them!!!
It “was” a new bike. 150 hrs and 5500kms wears things out.
Nothing was flogged out just preventative maintenance which is a new concept for me 😆
Got a big race coming up, got to make sure it all holds together.
Probably needs a piston but I will get a new bike before I rebuild it.
My Berg got new bearings in the swingarm, rear shock, headset, wheels. Rear shock rebuilt, new grips, new chain slider and guide, chain, sprockets. Engine oil changed and 4 air filters washed and oiled. Still got to do a spark plug, fuel filters and brake pads!
