Its the age old argument (discussion).
Talk about any bike and someone you know has had a shit time with it, but someone else has had a great run.
Just like anything they all aren’t built the exact same, machines used to make parts wear down, blokes putting them together are hungover or having a bad day etc.
Sometimes you just get a lemon.

I love my WR and was hoping the blue racers would get a new model for 2012 but it seems not
i am leaning towards the
Oh hell its hard to type
KTM
Didn’t you own a KTM 250 before you got the WR??????
They try and close off the single tracks at Belanglo and make people just stick to the fire roads. Apparently they (rangers) can also fine you for riding in the single track??
I’ve heard something about risk of hot engines creating a bush fire hazard in the tight stuff, thats their so called reason anyway.
EAGLE`02 wrote:I ran MX Extra`s for a while (but are not DOT approved on road to commute) Good Tyres but reckon the 690 would rip them up fast, so too would the Husky 610 maybe :whistle:And despite what some twits from other sites think about my bike,,,,,, It does more dirt than tar at the moment (a lot more than those blokes prabably  ) and the MT`s hook up in the Wattos real nice so far !!!!
As for “Boring”,,, there is no such thing on two wheels, it beats sitting at home hands down
My 2c worth
They lasted good on my 625 some of the XR 650 boys use them too
Pirelli Scorpion MX Extra
Probably not heaps good on the road but that shits boring anyway
It looked like you guys had fun, but wheres the pic of the blonde with fake titties?

your cousin and I want to know what that poofter scarf thing is hanging around your neck in crashs photo ??????
This ride didn,t venture down the other road ????That was to keep my neck and nose warm for the morning when it was only about 2 degrees and we had some open stuff to ride before we could warm up.
Me and my Bro shit the bed on saturday morning so we were milling around the Cullendulla servo for a while waiting for the convoy to show up, when it did everyone was ready to ride except the fearless (useless) leader Hatto who waited until the last possible minute to rewire his left hand throttle
We were into it and it was dusty but what can you expect with 22 riders, double corner man worked well, don’t get too bored with someone to talk shit with while you wait for the sweep
The single tracks were sweet and the track with the creek crossings that Hatto spoke of is awesome, on the way back me and my brother had the best race all the way through it, luckily we got to do cornerman at the end of it because we were rooted and needed the rest.
Thanks heaps for organising the ride Hatto and to everyone that came and made it a cool weekend, champion support drivers too
Just watched one of those free dvds that come with a bike mag, the one I watched featured a ride from Batemans Bay to Araluen Pub (KTM Trail Tours), can’t wait :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
How did the reccy ride go Hatto?
