They were doing the Dig Tree and a few other things today, so that may be the in and out backtracking a bit  There was only just over 400k on the route planned today anyway, so time for a bit of sightseeing maybe..I actually have been flat stick at work today and only looked on the I Pad every couple of hours to check progress, plenty of OK messages mean all good though
They are booked in at Innamincka Hotel for tonite , lets see if they can make that before dark !!!!
  Yeah lets see eh Eags
Thats what Adv riding is all about IMO. If you get the time to explore…… Go for it I say

All in all, the roads here are in awesome condition but we know how lucky we are to not have had any rain – then it would be a different story.
Only 1 minor incident with an emu that tried to hitch a ride in one of my Wolfman pannier bags at Brewarrina. No biggy though and it was the funniest part of the day. Strucky reckons I had to fend it off a couple of times with the boot. You are right FF, they are undoubtedly the most stupid animal out here. Which also means dangerous.
Bikes going well, riders having a ball and looking forward to tomorrows adventure.
Have fun at work people
Great stuff there ACE and Strucky!! Great to here that all is OK and that you are having kind weather. I hope that it stays that way for the remainder of the ride for you.
BTW I am “Living the dream” at work   (NOT!!)
Keep the up dates coming gents
Cheers,

They had a big close call this arvo with some wildlife late in the arvo :blink:Sh#t mate!! Tell em to be careful eh! When we were on the Scrapheap ride I had to call an ambulance for a couple of fallen riders and it took forever to get them out there, and that was only 45k out of Bourke! I was on the phone for 20mins with GPS co-ordinates and they still couldn’t send the F#&%en Ambo and there is only 1 main road from Bourke to Hungerford. Don’t get me wrong the Emergency services do a fantastic job but it would have been quicker for me to ride back to Bourke………
